Below is an alphabetical list of Playa Vista's Phase I communities created and updated by Playa Vista realtor Tracy Thrower Conyers, with links to today's available Playa Vista homes for sale in that community.

For Phase I properties, buyers are responsible to pay assigned Mello Roos taxes (this is not the case with Phase II properties). Buyers will also typically be asked to pay for the community enhancement fee (CEF) due on the transfer of all Playa Vista properties at 3/4% of the transfer price.

Please also be aware that there are two levels of HOA fees in Playa Vista, applicable to both Phase I and Phase II owners.
